Empowering E4 Health to Deliver Custom Digital Content

Delivering a flexible content system, so E4 Health customers can build custom digital experiences for their constituencies.

As a trend-setting behavior health solutions provider, E4 Health manages and shares enormous catalogs of information — including confidential patient healthcare data. To meet the mission-critical needs of the bustling portal site, and keep Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) running smoothly for its customers, being able to manage content was crucial.

Trouble was, its site was built without a content management system (CMS) and was hampered with a dated, static user experience. Capitalizing on the strengths of the client – integrated healthcare management that can be customized and branded per customer – we brought our skills to the table. The collaboration created Meaningful Connections with E4 large customers and small, with repeat visitors accessing information to stay connected in the Digital Age.


Along with the need to bring the E4 brand to life online, E4 also needed to brand the online experience for its larger customers, including CVS and JetBlue. Our solution: a template creation and customization system built for non-technical people to adapt as needed.

Other components also included:

  • Acquiring rights for hundreds of images, for E4 and its customers to use as a resource library
  • Building out thousands of pages of templated content, for customized use by E4 customers
  • Adding an intuitive CMS system, so non-technical marketers can easily build, manage and edit the content they need for their constituencies
  • Adding a tutorial video to the site, to walk first-time users through the process easily and quickly
