Feature: Good Shepherd Health System

As a new and expanding healthcare network for the Longview, TX, region, Good Shepherd needed to leverage its roots while advancing its brand. We immersed ourselves in the client’s regional market, conducted stakeholder interviews, then set to work capturing the brand story of the new network.

We shot custom photography, design a new branded experience, and architected a comprehensive website to deliver rich content when users searched for a healthcare provider.

The brand revolved around the ideal of being patient-friendly. Knowing this, we delivered a number of interactive tools, such as Find a Physician, to create a best-in-class online user experience. We delivered an easy to navigate, service oriented site that translated their commitment to providing excellence in healthcare for the community.

The site won a Silver W3 award for creativity, usability, navigation, functionality, visual design, and ease of use.
