QA (Quality Assurance)
(noun, sometimes a verb) The systematic evaluation of each aspect of a project to ensure everything in development, creative and content work effectively and meet specific, agreed-upon requirements.
“We found a few bugs in QA that we’ll need to fix and test before we send it to the client for approval.”
Alternate definition: The thing we do to avoid embarrassing typos that make our copywriters cry.
