Buyer’s Journey

Definition

(noun) A way to understand the different stages a new site visitor goes through, from first discovering a company to becoming a customer. At each stage, a visitor may have particular needs that must be met in order to facilitate his or her journey.

“The buyer’s journey should be a first-class experience for people choosing to purchase our products.”
