Account Coordinator

Imaginuity, one of the leading independent digital agencies in the Southwest, is searching for extraordinary innovators to join our digital agency.

Role Description Brief

As part of our Agency’s account services team, this position acts as a support system to the entire account management team. This includes:

  • Assisting in tracking of project deliverables
  • Internal coordination of tasks and deliverables
  • Attending client meetings along with account manager
  • Assisting with internal reviews such as QA and content entry
  • Available to assist with various account services team support
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks based on current department or project needs
  • Taking initiative to expand knowledge of industry and clients and seek new opportunities to assist department

Preferred Experience / Requirements

  • Degree in field of specialty and/or relevant account professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work with others
  • Ability to manage to deadlines in a shifting environment with competing priorities

Additionally Preferred

  • Proven sense of business acumen
  • Active involvement with Professional association memberships/groups
  • Participation in Community service/organizations
  • Demonstrated innovation in application/usage of emerging technology or field of expertise
