South Side On Lamar
To attract tenants, the historic SouthSide on Lamar needed to draw attention away from the new modern condominiums being built. They also wanted to give potential renters a tool which would allow them to view all currently available units.
Imaginuity created a "Live Authentic" brand stance which markets SouthSide as a timeless destination and not the cookie-cutter, nondescript condo units they're competing against. We also created a widget which lets users re-skin the website based on personality questions, along with a real-time "find a unit" tool.
